I wanted to provide you with the plan your Chamber is taking with regard to the outbreak and how we see our organization moving forward. Like most of you, we will be monitoring the situation daily and making decisions with regard to meetings and networking events. Any updates will be announced to our Membership as soon as we learn of anything. With this said, we have decided to reschedule our annual KellerFest Event that was scheduled for April 24-25, 2020. Please understand that we are not cancelling the event, just changing the date. We realize how important this event is to our community and after this current situation passes, we will all need a chance to get out, be social, enjoy time with friends and families and promote our local businesses and non-profits — we also realize that KellerFest does just that. Once we have an idea of when the restrictions that prohibit large gatherings are lifted, we will be able to set the new date.
Let’s all do our part to follow the guidelines set by the CDC to curb this virus and stop the spread. The quicker we do this, the quicker we can get back to our normal routines. Please remember to take care of yourselves and your families, and if you can, try to support our local businesses and those individuals who are struggling. We are here to help, and “Together We Are Better”!
